Ruth International missions provides part-time paid internships for recently graduated (female) college students. They are recruited to work as boots-on-the ground for the foundation to help integrate and formalize our missions in Sierra Leone. The internship does not only help validate our activities in Sierra Leone by ensuring our resources are utilized efficiently and effectively, it also helps young educated women earn a decent wage while providing them with work experience in a country with little to no employment opportunities.
